Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in JavaScript and React.js to lead and contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and be adept at building reusable components and front-end libraries. This role requires a collaborative problem solver who ensures robust application development and maintains high coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user-facing features using React.js and implement well-known React workflows such as Redux or Flux.
• Build and optimize reusable React components and front-end libraries for long-term use.
• Integrate RESTful APIs with front-end components to ensure seamless communication with backend services.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Write well-structured, efficient, and testable JavaScript code, adhering to best coding practices.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications, addressing usability issues as needed.
• Review and enhance existing codebases, planning for future upgrades and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to ensure smooth development and implementation of new features.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in React.js.
• Technical Expertise:
  
• Proficiency in React.js, Redux, React Hooks, React Router, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Expertise in handling RESTful APIs and JSON-based communication.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Exposure to TypeScript, Next.js, or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
