We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented intern with a basic understanding of lending and finance to join our sales team. You will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, following up with prospects, addressing their concerns, helping them onboard, and ensuring successful activation of customers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Follow-Up: Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings to drive interest in our product offerings.
Problem Solving: Understand customer pain points and collaborate with the team to develop solutions that meet their needs.
Customer Onboarding: Guide prospects through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Customer Activation: Support new customers in activating their accounts and making the most of our products.
Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and customers to foster long-term engagement.
Market Research: Assist in identifying potential clients, markets, and opportunities to grow the business.

Basic knowledge of lending and finance concepts.
