Corporate Lawyer - LLB (4-8 yrs)

- Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating various agreements

- Assisting in contract negotiations

- Advising on the structuring of the transactions

- Drafting, vetting and negotiating transaction documents

- Due diligence

- Assessing and evaluating legal risk of the company

- Monitoring legal compliances of the company

- Managing intellectual property portfolio of the company

- Handling Trademark issues.

Requirement :

LLB with 4+ years of experience in general Corporate Law with a Law Firm or Inhouse
