The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Business Process Consultant is responsible for leading the project planning and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors services. This role involves working closely with customers, sales, pre-sales and other service delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of implementation, optimization, and support projects. The Senior Business Process Consultant will drive business growth, will collaborate with internal stakeholders and will ensure quality in delivering SuccessFactors service engagements.
- Integration specific solution consulting (for HCM/ SF related integration scenarios)
- Support in escalated situations
- Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
- Support of pre-sales activities/ scoping/ system demo
- Supporting customers where renewal is at risk
What Youll Do:
- Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
- Detailed planning of integration implementation
- Define detailed blueprint for integration development requirements
- Integration implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
- Develop and assure quality of integration models
- Ability to review existing integrations.
- Ability to provide accurate estimation and scoping for SAP Successfactors integration scope and efforts.
What you Bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in implementing SAP HCM Integrations including experience as Integration lead for at least 1 large SF implementation
- Excellent understanding of SAP CPI
- Excellent understanding of building integration logic using Intelligent Services/ Integration Center
- Experience working in in SAP SuccessFactors Modules (like Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central) implementation.
- Good understanding of HTTP, ODATA, SFTP, REST, SOAP connectors
