Senior Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Django, and FastAPI.

- Build and support a modern frontend architecture with React, incorporating best practices for a robust enterprise-grade application on both desktop and mobile.

- Work directly with senior product and tech leadership to build an enterprise-ready, tech-first giving platform

- Work closely with front-end developers to implement a modern architecture and best practices for a mature SaaS frontend application

- Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Desired Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Django/Python, React, and NodeJS

- Expertise in API design best practices and modern strategies for FE/BE integrations

- Experience building high-quality B2B and client APIs to power and interface with enterprise systems, as well as system integrations via SSO

- Experience in building dynamic, white-labeled applications with flexible frontend and backend configuration (ie. multi-tenant SaaS applications)

- Product-minded approach to technical issues, always considering business intent and striving for the "best" solution.
