About the Role : We are seeking a skilled Retool Developer to join our team and help build, optimize, and maintain internal tools using Retool. As a key member of our development team, you will work closely with stakeholders to create efficient, user-friendly applications that streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and dashboards using Retool.

- Integrate Retool with various data sources, APIs, and third-party services.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.

- Optimize workflows and automation to improve operational efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

- Write and maintain technical documentation for Retool applications and integrations.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Retool-based applications.

Requirements :

- Proven experience building applications with Retool.

- Strong understanding of SQL databases, APIs, and RESTful services.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and other frontend technologies.

- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.

- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

- Excellent communication skills and a user-centric approach to development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience integrating Retool with tools like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Firebase, or third-party SaaS platforms.

- Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and data visualization best practices.

- Previous experience in fast-paced startup environments.
