Job Description :

As an AI Engineer specializing in LLMs, you will be responsible for adapting and integrating vendor-provided LLMs to meet our specific business needs. You will work closely with AI vendors, fine-tune model configurations, and ensure seamless integration into our existing systems. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise, from concept to execution.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with AI vendors (Amazon, Google, etc.) to obtain and adapt Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Tweak and configure LLMs to align with our specific business requirements without developing or training models from scratch.

- Integrate LLMs into our existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.

- Handle the deployment of LLMs into production environments.

- Optimize model configurations for performance and efficiency.

- Monitor and analyze model performance to ensure desired outcomes.

- Contribute to both the strategic and hands-on aspects of AI deployment, from concept through to execution.

- Provide deeper insights beyond typical API integration, involving detailed customization and operational deployment of AI models.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, etc.) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Communicate effectively with AI vendors and internal stakeholders.

- Document processes and configurations.

Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Python.

- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning technologies.

- Experience with model fine-tuning, transformers, and inference.

- Background in data science with hands-on experience in deploying models to production.

- Ability to work with complex AI models and adjust their configurations for optimal results.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience :

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a technology-driven business environment.
