Responsibilities Key Deliverables
- FEMA Compliance: Supporting and advising internal teams on ODI, FDI other FEMA matters.
- Corporate Finance: Monitoring Digitisation of Group Debt and Internal funding tables.
- Monitoring end use of funding to group companies and its reporting to internal stake holders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and banking requirements for treasury transactions like APR filing, FLA return, RBI Project Profile reconciliation and other FEMA compliances.
- Seeking RBI approvals for various Forex Transactions - BOE waiver, PCG issuance etc.
- Work with bankers and internal team on processing of FDI / ODI transaction.
- Provide the necessary details to various auditors and ensure that all the clarifications are provided on time.
- Credit Rating: Timely renewal of credit ratings. Ensuring all queries and compliances of Credit rating agencies are given in timely manner.
- Ideation: working on new ideas to save cost and promote efficiency in the organisation like Group Insurance etc.
- Inter-company loan (to Subsidiaries) - Documentation, Interest rate benchmarking and close monitoring of timely repayments.
- Monitoring Group Companies compliances - CFO Certificate and close monitoring.
Experience
5-10 years of experience in Corporate treasury or Bank with sound understanding of FEMA/ RBI matters.
Qualifications
CA/ CFA/ MBA Finance/ CS.
General Requirements
- Solid understanding of banking. Understanding Group ICD Companies Act provisions.
- Good verbal and writing skills are essential
- Proven ability to meet multiple tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and complete assignments for multiple stakeholders
- Aptitude to excel in a dynamic work environment while managing multiple projects with varying deadlines
