Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk operations.
  
• Manage phone calls, respond to queries, and direct them to relevant personnel.
  
• Perform various receptionist activities such as data entry, filing documents, etc.
• Be responsible for courier tracking
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (receptionist or call center).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Strong computer skills including MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
