We are looking for Front Office Executive - Onsite
Location - BKC , Trade Centre
6 Days working Monday to Saturday, Fixed timings 08.00 am to 05.00 pm
Role
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring CCTV to check the requirements
- Maintains telecommunication system round a clock
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ Yrs of experience in Front Office/ Receptionist
- Females between the age group ( 28 - 40 )
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills Phone Skills, Travel Desk Management
- Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, and Customer Focus.
