Job Description

Job Title: Front Office Receptionist cum CRM

Location: Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad

Experience: 2-5 years (preferably in hospitality, real estate, or customer service roles)

Department: Front Office / Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Timings: Monday to Saturday 9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Front Office Receptionist cum CRM to manage front desk operations while handling customer relationships effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth front-office operations and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Front Office Operations

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle front desk operations, including answering calls, emails, and managing inquiries.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule client meetings, site visits, and appointments.
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for visitors.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist the sales and operations teams in client follow-ups and engagement activities.
  • Provide information regarding services, projects, and ongoing developments at Ridhira Living.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Support the sales team in lead management and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Prepare daily reports on visitor logs, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
