Location: 701-702, 7th Floor, Supremus E wing, i-Think Techno campus, Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai 400042.

Role & responsibilities:

• Managing 75% secretarial work, 15% Finance & Accounts & 10% Legal Matters.
• Draft and Circulate Notice, Agenda, Minutes, Resolutions for all the meetings of the Board, Committees, Shareholders etc.
• Draft and Circulate Notice, Agenda, Minutes, Resolutions for Annual General meeting and Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
• All the statutory requirements with respect to maintaining Statutory registers, Minutes etc. should be followed.
• ROC forms filing should be ensured.
• Passing of Circular Resolution.
• Issue of Shares, Transfer of Shares etc.
• Preparation of Annual Report and Printing etc.
• Alteration of MOA and AOA.
• Relationship building with the Directors, Shareholders etc.
• Provide help to Finance and Accounts Department for carrying out Internal Audit and Statutory Audit.
• To look into all legal matters and references.

Preferred candidate profile

• Understanding of TReDS.
• Company secretary with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
