Job Description :

Incrivel Soft is seeking experienced Siebel CRM Developers with a strong background in the telecom industry. This role involves working on global Oracle projects for prominent telecom clients, including AT&T (US), KDDI (Japan), and ITC-Salam (Saudi Arabia).

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Configure Siebel CRM Solutions : Specializing in telecom-related processes and requirements.

- Siebel Configuration Activities

- Account and Contact Management

- Assistant Order Management and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)

Utilize modules such as Siebel Workforce Management, Partner Relationship Management (PRM)/Dealer Management, Field Service, and BI Publisher for reporting.

- Version Expertise : Work with Siebel Version 20.xxxx or above, ensuring efficient performance and integration.

- RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) : Contribute to the design and implementation (preferred skill).

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development and configuration.

- Telecom Background : Essential experience in the telecom industry, ideally having worked on Siebel implementations for telecom companies.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge in Account & Contact Management, Assistant Order Management, and EAI.

- Experience with Siebel PRM/Dealer Management, Field Service, and Workforce Management.

- Proficiency in Siebel BI Publisher Reports and Version 20.xxxx or higher.

- Knowledge of RODOD is a plus.
