Role Summary:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Executive to join our team at Smartworks. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with zero years of experience who are passionate about the real estate industry and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing property listings and maintaining updated information on available properties.
• Support the real estate team in coordinating property viewings and client meetings.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand current trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
• Help prepare and review real estate documents such as purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the real estate industry.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
