Job Description
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at REAK INFOTECH LLP, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be instrumental in presenting our company s capabilities and solutions to potential clients.
02 02 Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments and competitive offerings.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales, preferably in the software or IT industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experience in the software development or IT services industry.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Knowledge of software development processes and technologies.
