React Native Developer

We are hiring for React Native Developer - Immediate Joiner .

Total Years of Experience : 4 to 8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of complex mobile applications using React Native.
• Design scalable, high-performance, and maintainable React Native codebases.
• Collaborate closely with designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient JavaScript and Type Script code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in React Native, related libraries, and mobile development trends.
• Identify and implement performance optimisations for React Native applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tooling and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in professional software development.
• Extensive experience with React Native development and a strong understanding of its core principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, including advanced concepts like functional programming and asynchronous programming.
• Solid knowledge of React and Redux or similar state management solutions.
• Experience with building cross-platform mobile applications.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong passion for mobile development and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

Bonus points:

• Experience with native development (iOS/Android) for deeper mobile development expertise.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools for mobile applications.
