Salesforce Principal Architect (10-30 yrs)

The Principal Engineer will also partner with ERP and CRM stakeholders to analyse, understand, and improve finance/sales operations, increasing employee productivity and end-user effectiveness.

Responsibilities include :

- Understanding and communicating functionality, identifying risks, managing change, and designing solutions that are efficient, scalable, and cost-effective.

- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform : Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications and integrate with other Business Systems Services.

- Create timelines and team development goals : Collaborate with team members to set objectives and milestones.

- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for highly complex problems : Analyze issues and develop effective solutions.

- Write documentation and provide technical training : Create detailed documentation and conduct training sessions for Salesforce Engineers.

- Maintain the security and integrity of application software : Ensure all systems meet security standards.

- Embrace new technology stacks : Incorporate new technology solutions and collaborate with multiple vendors in the SFDC ecosystem.

- Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform : Work on Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, SOQL queries, components, and configurations.

- Integrate data technologies : Implement data integration technologies that import/export data with Salesforce.

- Develop reports and dashboards : Create insightful reports and dashboards within Salesforce.

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders : Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Manage multiple priorities : Balance various projects and deadlines efficiently.

- Create business process models : Design current and future state solution documents using gathered requirements.

- Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies : Utilize these methodologies to manage projects effectively.

- Research and resolve production system issues : Dive deep to address and solve user problems.

- Establish best practices : Set up standards for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Support change control : Manage user requests and approvals, and promote changes to production environments.

SHORTLIST REQUIREMENT :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant software engineering experience.

- 10+ years : Salesforce and Cloud architecture experience.

- 7+ years : CPQ Experience, Cloud, or eCommerce experience.

- 7+ years : Integrating with Salesforce.

- 7+ years : Source Code management experience (GitLab, BitBucket, Jenkins, SFDX preferred).

Candidates with below certifications are given with preference :

- Salesforce Administrator Certification.

- Salesforce Platform Developer 2 Certification.

- Salesforce Technical Architect (Preferred).

- Salesforce Application Architect.

- Salesforce Systems Architect.

- AWS Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
