Job Description
RCK Infosystem (OPC) Private Limited is looking for Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Contacting potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other means to introduce the company's products and services
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support
- Identifying customer needs and presenting solutions that meet their requirements
- Negotiating and closing sales deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to improve customer experience and drive sales
- Providing feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong sales drive
- Strong time-management skills
