Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company. This individual will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supervising the accounting team, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to solving financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounts Management: Oversee all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Financial Analysis: Provide key insights into financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Tax Preparation & Filing: Ensure the preparation and timely filing of all tax returns, including GST, income tax, and other relevant taxes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Assist in the creation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts to ensure the company remains financially sound and meets its financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing audits and working with external auditors.
