Job Description
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
General Ledger Maintenance : Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of entries.
Accounts Payable/Receivable : Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and manage accounts receivable for collections and follow-ups.
Tax Preparation Compliance : Assist with the preparation of tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws, and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
Payroll Support : Coordinate with HR for payroll processing, including calculations of deductions, benefits, and bonuses.
Qualification :
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or other relevant certifications (preferred).
Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.*
