Job Description
- Assemble document packages and develop drawing sets to be reviewed by the engineer. Ensure to quantify factors affecting the arrangement and installation of equipment and components.
- Efficient in preparing SLDs, wiring diagrams, earthing layouts, cable plan layouts, string details, and station cabling details for PV projects of different capacities. Calculate and collect quantities for the bill of material as per drawing.
- Maintaining project engineering records. Should have advanced level knowledge of AutoCAD, shortcut keys, layer formation, block formation, viewports, scale, coordinates extraction from drawing, dimensioning etc.
- Must have basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles and concepts.
- Must have basic knowledge of solar PV technologies, components and types of solar plants and their applications.
- Preparing PVsyst reports.
- Preparing shadow analysis of solar power plants using Google SketchUp.
- Preparing the basic bill of material for the solar project.
- Preparation of As-built drawings precisely and visit the site for the same if required.
