Job Responsibilities
• Coordinating for preparation of Municipal & Architectural Drawings
• Evaluating drawing as per DCR
• Statutory Approvals and liaising with MCGM
• Experience in New Development Projects (commercial)
• Project Planning, Project Feasibility study, Designing, and Technical Due Diligence
• Coordinating with external consultants for approvals & various NOCs
• Coordinating with Structural Designers, MEP consultants & Contractors, etc
• Working with Management directly
Location Nahur (Near railway station)
Reporting - Director
Experience 10-20 yrs (Working with a real estate developer or Municipal Liaison architectural firm with
experience in liaising with MCGM
Qualification Qualified Architect preferred (Knowledge of DCR is a must)
