DCE/BE/B.Tech Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a DCE (Diploma in Civil Engineering), BE, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising construction projects, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Design
• Prepare and interpret engineering designs, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess project requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including material and manpower estimates.
2. Construction Supervision
• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
• Ensure that construction work complies with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or delays during the construction process.
3. Quality Assurance & Control
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high construction standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and structures.
4. Cost & Resource Management
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and control project expenses, keeping track of variations and reporting to management.
5. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management and clients.
