Profile • BE/Diploma (Architecture/ Civil Engineering) 5 to 10 or more years
of experience in Architectural Consultancy organizations
preferably associated with the design development of Individual
Villas/bungalows. Proficiency in CAD & 3D software is a Must.

Responsible for Design Development of all projects in the company
a) Lead design team of 3-5 members
b) Receive understand & document client requirements
c) Develop conceptual designs & detailed designs based on client
inputs and governing norms
d) Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering
disciplines, application methods, and materials for residential &
commercial projects
e) Assigning, Monitoring& control of tasks to the team members
f) Schedule design deliverables in all disciplines in line with the project
schedule
g) Identify, coordinate, and get deliverables from associate consultants
outside the organization.

h) Apply QA & QC principles to ensure the GFC drawings released are
a) Functional, b) Constructible, c) Maintainable c) Safe/secure
d) Aesthetically appealing e) cost-effective
i) Should have a thorough knowledge of materials and its techno-
commercial features
j) Inclined to conduct research and development to create unique
projects
k) Develop detailed specifications of all the elements involved in the
project including their detailed shop drawings.
l) Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed on time and
that project requirements are met.
m)Coordinate with engineers & managers for implementation of the
designs and problem-solving
n) Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors whenever
necessary.
o) Develop standards and organizational process assets.
p) Compliance of internal Documentation & system requirements.
