Product -Job Description for Technical Writers

• Should have good knowledge in CorelDRAW.
• Prepare charts, graphics, and screen captures to illustrate material.
• Work with product managers and subject matter experts to gather project information, analyse documentation requirements, and schedule reasonable delivery deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently with set deadlines and keep multiple projects on track at the same time.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, self-motivated and flexible.
• Must be a quick learner, self-starter, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, high-tech environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• UL Certification project internal Coordination
• Required Skill Power point, Corel draw, Excel, Word.

Primary Role:

• Create datasheet for new & existing products.
• Create User and installation manual for new products.
• Create manual for Ravel central monitoring software and graphics software.
• Create front facia and terminal sticker using Corel draw.
• Maintain versions for created documents.
• Topology diagram preparation.

Secondary Role:

• Support to review MFD documents.
• To add colour code in stickers.
• To modification existing manuals and datasheets.
• Cross check validation reports.
• Monthly PPT .
• MOM preparation for internal team.
• Technical writeup for shipments.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Should have experience in any EMS/Automobile or any Manufacturing Industry
