Rashmi Group - Manager - Banking (5-7 yrs)

Job Description:

- This role involves preparing and submitting various financial reports, conducting credit assessments, and liaising with key stakeholders including banks, auditors, and credit rating agencies.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly reports such as stock statements, FFR-I, FFR-II, and CMA data to banks.

- Conduct credit assessments (Cr Assessment) for the company.

- Prepare half-yearly Due Diligence Reports.

- Liaise with various stakeholders, including banks and credit rating agencies, to ensure smooth communication and compliance.

- Collaborate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure timely audits and compliance with financial regulations.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and maintain updated knowledge of financial laws and guidelines.

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial models as required.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience in financial reporting, banking compliance, or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, compliance requirements, and credit assessment processes.

- Experience liaising with banks, credit rating agencies, and auditors.

- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
