Job Description
1. Develop and present design concepts and plans based on client requirements, budget, and project scope. Create mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings to visualize design ideas.
2. Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. Provide expert advice on design options, materials, and finishes. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process.
3. Oversee the implementation of design plans, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
4. Prepare and manage project budgets, providing cost estimates and tracking expenses. Make adjustments as needed to stay within budget constraints.
5. Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of design changes, approvals, and project progress.
6. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that design specifications are being followe'd. Address any issues or deviations promptly.
Qualifications :
1. bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
3. Strong design and visualization skills, with proficiency in design software (eg, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
