Assistant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to lead our B2C Education Loans team. The Assistant Manager will act as the primary point of contact for loan processing, managing relationships with financial advisors, students, and lending partners. This role involves overseeing the loan disbursement process from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across business units, and fostering strong partner relationships to deliver exceptional service.

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Loan Counselors/Financial Advisors, guiding them to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Provide counseling on education loans to students and guide them in availing of our loan services.
• Oversee end-to-end loan processing, including document verification, troubleshooting, and disbursement for overseas education.
• Build and maintain relationships with lending partners to facilitate smooth loan disbursements.
• Ensure timely resolution of student queries related to loan processing and disbursement.
• Audit loan data periodically to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in the loan process by analyzing data and tracking progress.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and training to the team for skill enhancement.
• Manage the team s PL, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree with 3 5 years of experience in direct sales, with 1 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with empathy and a solutions-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to interact effectively across channels.
• Familiarity with banking, lending, and financial services, along with a quick learning ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and excellent documentation abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective and timely resolution of challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
