Key Responsibilities:

Assist students in securing housing by explaining different accommodation options university dorms, private rentals, homestays, and shared apartments.
Identify and recommend the best accommodation based on students preferences, budget, and location.
Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation providers, real estate agents, and university housing offices.
Guide students through the housing process , including lease agreements, applications, and documentation.
Prepare students for their international journey by providing insights into housing regulations, cultural considerations, and safety tips.
Resolve any accommodation-related issues and ensure students have a smooth transition.

Strong interpersonal & communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and accommodation providers.
Excellent verbal communication & active listening to understand student needs.
