You will be responsible for:
- Process Improvement: Analyze and document current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Design and implement optimized workflows that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, HR, IT, and external partners to understand business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to inform process enhancements. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive process documentation and SOPs. Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure adherence to new processes and standard procedures.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent by advocating for a continuous improvement culture. Drive adoption of process changes and manage resistance through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. Identify risks in existing processes and implement control measures
