Sr. Fullstack Developer

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced senior full stack Developer with 8-10 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 1 year of hands-on work in Generative AI. This role requires expertise in building scalable applications, a deep understanding of full stack technologies, and a proven ability to develop solutions that can support millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development: o Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications with robust front-end and back-end systems. o Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on scalability and performance.
2. Gen-AI Integration: o Develop and implement Generative AI-based features into existing or new applications. o Work with AI/ML teams to integrate models seamlessly into user-facing applications. o Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e. g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and deploying models into production. o
3. System Architecture: o Design scalable and high-performance application architectures capable of handling millions of users. o Optimize and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and reliability.
4. Collaboration and Mentorship: o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and AI teams, to deliver innovative solutions. o Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.
5. Version Control and Code Management: o Maintain a high-quality GitHub repository showcasing code samples, contributions to projects, and personal coding initiatives. o Ensure best practices in version control and collaboration across the engineering team.

2 Key Attributes :

1. Technical Expertise: o Proficient in technologies and frameworks such as Next. js, React, Angular, or Vue. js, Node. js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot). o Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). o Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience developing and integrating Generative AI solutions.
2. Scalability and Performance: o Proven experience in building and maintaining applications that have scaled to millions of users. o Strong understanding of performance optimization and distributed systems.
3. Problem-Solving Skills: o Ability to tackle complex technical challenges with creative and efficient solutions. o Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
4. Collaboration and Communication: o Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. o Strong documentation practices for code, APIs, and architectural decisions.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of software development experience with a focus on full stack development.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Generative AI applications.
• Proven experience in shipping scalable, high-performance applications.
• Strong GitHub repository showcasing work on scalable applications and AI projects.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
