Business Analyst - Manager

Responsibilities:

1) Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality business analysis services.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that aligns with the organizations goals.

2) CMMi Level 5 Compliance:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of CMMi Level 5 processes and implement best practices to ensure adherence to quality standards in all business analysis activities.

3) Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of best practices in business analysis methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in business analysis processes.

4) Stakeholder Engagement :

• Work closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and project teams to gather and understand business requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

5) Performance Measurement:

• Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of business analysis processes.
• Regularly assess team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• 50% travel is required for PAN India clients and teams
