Job Description
- Activities:
- Design and development for VoIP service in ONTs/Home devices.
- Support and maintenance.
- Deliverables:
- Feature development.
- Bug fixing.
- New feature implementation.
- Unit testing.
- Functional testing.
- Key Competencies & Experience:
5+ years - JD Voice Development.
- Strong development & debugging understanding on C / C++ in multi-process/threaded environment with following skills:
- Strong understanding on VoIP(SIP/H248), T38, SIP over TCP, VoLTE, voice quality/QoS, DSP, Voice codecs, RTP/RTCP, RFC2833” and Management protocols: OMCI, TR098/TR104.
- Good understanding of RJ11, Z-interface specs.
- Well-versed with debugging tools like SIPP, Wireshark, Valgrid, SIPP Tool, Valgrind Memory Profiling Tool, GDB.
- Understanding different SoC Architecture including 32 bit, 64bit and respective tool chains and able to collaborate with different vendors to make the solution up and running.
- Strong understanding of Linux, IPC techniques, user space and kernel space deep understanding, and good understanding of network architecture is preferred.
- Understanding of IPV4/IPV6 addressing and TCP/IP and basic understanding of L2/L3 routing.
- Working on GPON technologies is an added advantage.
- Mandatory Skill: C++ Developer with VoIP.
