Job Overview :
We seek a talented Voice AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Voice AI Engineer at Chat360, you will be responsible for developing and integrating advanced voice recognition and natural language processing (NLP) technologies into our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create state-of-the-art voice applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Voice Recognition and NLP Development :
- Design, develop, and implement voice recognition and NLP algorithms.
- Integrate voice recognition and NLP technologies into existing and new products.
- Optimize voice processing algorithms for accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
Product Integration :
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate voice AI solutions into products.
- Ensure seamless integration of voice AI functionalities with other system components.
Data Analysis and Improvement :
- Analyze user interactions and voice data to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously enhance voice recognition accuracy and NLP capabilities through iterative testing and data refinement.
Research and Innovation :
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in voice AI, NLP, and related fields.
- Research to explore new technologies and methodologies for improving voice AI solutions.
Testing and Validation :
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the performance and reliability of voice AI systems.
- Debug and resolve issues related to voice processing and NLP.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Document technical designs, processes, and methodologies.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency :
- Programming Languages : C, C++, Python, Node.js
- Tools and Platforms : Bitbucket, Docker products, Linux, Virtualization technologies
- Protocols and Technologies : Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Real-time TransportProtocol (RTP), Voice over IP (VoIP), real-time media
- Voice Domain : Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, Asterisk (PBX)Python, C
- Machine Learning, frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
- Experience with Speech2Text and Text2Speech models, APIs.
- Working knowledge of Cloud Services such as Azure AI services/AWS or GCP.
- Experience with Asterisk PBX, UniMRCP, SIP protocol and integrating these tools with STT and TTS.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, Flask and some familiarity with creating REST APIs and Databases.
Preferred :
- Experience with LLMs, OpenAI GPT Models.
- NLP Processing Techniques (Intent-Entity, Sentiment etc
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing voice recognition and NLP algorithms.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with speech processing tools and APIs (e.g., Google Speech-to-Text, Amazon Transcribe).
- Knowledge of linguistic principles and phonetics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with real-time speech processing systems.
- Background in developing AI-driven customer service or communication solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
