Dy Manager(QC)

The main area of responsibilities are defined as follows: -

• Handling the customer
• Review the customer related documents (Like. Monthly reports)
• Customer warranty data review.
• Handle customer audits.
• Perform root cause analysis of observations raised during 3rd Party & customer audits & close with effectiveness verification.
• Knowledge of IMDS
• Knowledge of change point management
• Submission of declaration as per customer requirement

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• Knowledge of process on Casting, Machining, Paint Shop & Assembly & their abnormalities.
• Basic Knowledge of 7QC tools, 5S, Kaizen.
