DevOps Engineer - AWS Cloud

Technical Skills required : The candidate will be part of the Cloud foundation team which is responsible for setting up the cloud foundations and setting up the cloud networking (GCN rollout) for the integration of multiple AWS accounts.- Laceworks implementation

- Security implementation.- Working closely with the US-based customer on a daily basis to discuss the technology roadmap and Networking, Cloud security-related decisions.- Will be required to IaC setups and templates using terraform/Cloud Formations.

- Will be working on scripting using Python and boto3 for setting up cloud resources using scripting and IaC.- Participation in daily calls with customers to provide updates and status on the stories must have worked on Agile projects in the past.

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with a strong AWS background to join our Cloud Foundation team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing and scaling our cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal security, and collaborating closely with our US-based clients.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain robust cloud foundations on the AWS platform.

- Architect and execute the rollout of Global Cloud Networking (GCN) across multiple AWS accounts.

- Collaborate with the US-based customer to define and execute the technology roadmap, addressing networking and cloud security requirements.

- Implement Laceworks for comprehensive cloud security posture management.

- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) setups and templates using Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Automate cloud resource provisioning and management using Python and boto3 scripting.

- Participate in daily customer calls to provide project updates and status reports.

- Adhere to Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 7-9 years of experience in DevOps engineering and cloud computing.

- In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, and networking components.

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Strong scripting abilities in Python and experience with boto3.

- Hands-on experience with Laceworks or similar cloud security platforms.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote team.

- Experience in Agile project methodologies.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).

- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
