Job Title : ServiceNow Integration Developer

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, develop, and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools such as Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, and other DevOps tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in ServiceNow integration development, experience with the Atlassian plugin ecosystem, and a deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps toolchains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools like Atlassian Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, and other DevOps tools using ServiceNow's Integration Hub and custom API solutions.

- Leverage Atlassian plugins to enhance integration capabilities between ServiceNow and Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for seamless workflow synchronization and data exchange.

- Develop custom API solutions for data exchange, workflow synchronization, and system interoperability.

- Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data transfer between integrated systems while maintaining compliance with security protocols.

- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop scalable, high-performance integration solutions that align with business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational impact.

- Provide technical guidance and support in integration-related challenges and best practices.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of integrated systems to ensure reliability and scalability.

-Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow integrations, Atlassian tools, and DevOps.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration development.

- Proficiency in designing and working with REST/SOAP APIs, Glide API, JSON, and XML.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub, OAuth, SSO, and secure protocols.

- Extensive experience working with Atlassian plugins and integrations (e.g., Jira, Confluence) within ServiceNow environments.

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.

- Expertise in implementing and troubleshooting integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues quickly.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.

- ServiceNow Certified Integration Specialist certification (preferred).-

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in agile environments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
