Senior Executive Admin

Role & responsibilities -

• Responsible for executing a detailed plan on the deployment of required resources, equipment & technology for executing an effective admin operation
• Responsible for handling admin operations of PAN India locations. Should be able to liaise effectively with the business and stakeholders
• Responsible to establish an effective communication channel with regional SPOC's to monitor effective admin operations
• Carry out site-specific threats and risks assessment, plan and organize admin operations; help in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and site instructions
• Keeping track of day-to-day operations of the Facility team & ensuring a proper work environment at the center.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating service partners, taking corrective action when necessary
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
• Working with an accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and cost controls
• Coordinating & managing office landlords, vendors, suppliers, electrical/water board & related authorities
• Strong knowledge required in the Travel desk to run the whole process.
• Managing petty cash.
