Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance, and servicing of medical equipment such as IVD machines, biochemistry analyzers, hematology analyzers, and preventive maintenance on AMC sales equipment.
  
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnosis of issues with medical devices to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems related to medical device integration and interoperability.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for repaired or maintained equipment including records of work performed, parts used, and testing results.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical device maintenance and calibration.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years' experience in service engineering(Govt sales)or a related field (medical device industry preferred).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics/Telecommunication.
  
• Strong understanding of electronics principles, electrical circuits, microprocessors, programming languages (e.g., C++, Java), robotics control systems.
  
• Proficiency in working with various types of medical devices including IVD machines, biochemistry analyzers, hematology analyzers.
