Electrical Engineer-Manufacturing PLC controlled Machines

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

1. Candidate must have practical hands on experience in installation &

commissioning of electro-mechanical machines.

2. He must have practical hand on experience on connection of PLC, HMI,

VFD, temp controller, switch gears, sensors, motors, actuators, heaters & all

other electrical and electronics components and their maintenance.

3. Able to read electrical circuit diagrams and trace out faults.

4. Must have knowledge of computer to take support on site from senior

engineering team through team viewer,any desk & to send site installation report by

email.

5. He must have thorough knowledge of mechanical components and its

maintenance like motors, pumps, bearings, shaft, couplings, chain,

sprockets, fans etc. and its relevant sub-assemblies. Independently able

to dismantle and re-assemblies the mechanical parts.

7. Must be familiar with handling efficiently site installation activities &

able to communicate with client at installation site in HINDI, ENGLISH.

8. Candidate with experience in process equipment and project based

manufacturing industries will be preferred.

9. Candidate have to go and stay on site for commissioning work all over India only.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

2.Should have PLCs, HMI, and automation knowledge

3. Control panel familiarity added advantage

4. Should having good interpersonal skills,

team management skills, willing to learn new technologies in PLC software

5. Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach to addressing technical issues.

Note- The CTC (Cost to Company) offered will depend on the candidate's practical knowledge and skills relevant to the job requirements. Generally we offer CTC in two steps 1st CTC salary applicable for first 6 months and based on your aptitude and performance 2nd increased CTC shall be applicable after 6 months.
