Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automatization.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Design and develop APIs.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in software development.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
- Use Azure cloud services for deploying and managing applications.
- Work closely with the product team to understand end-user requirements and use cases then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and performant web applications. - Strong understanding of the Payer domain and its challenges.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with software development best practices including testing and version control.
