Product Owner - Data Science & Engineering (7-8 yrs)

What you'll do :

- Lead the development of innovative Generative AI products, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

- Champion user needs by evangelizing and driving widespread adoption of your Generative AI products across the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - AI, data science, engineering, marketing - to transform ideas into reality.

- Integrate Generative AI assets seamlessly into existing enterprise data pipelines and platforms for optimal performance.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

- Clearly communicate capabilities and value propositions to diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.

You're a perfect fit if you have :

- Bachelor's degree in analytics (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering) with 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, engineering, or product management.

- 2-3 years of hands-on product management experience, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches.

- 2+ years of software development experience (ML-adjacent projects preferred), with a deep understanding of software development and design principles.

- Experience working with various types of data and a strong understanding of the entire data science lifecycle (data engineering, EDA, Machine Learning, MLOps, Serving).

- Experience working in Agile teams and a passion for collaborative innovation.

- Hands-on experience developing Machine Learning-based products with Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions is a big plus!

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus points for :

- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experience with data science platforms like Dataiku Data Science Studio or AWS SageMaker.

- Developed and operated parametrized, automated, and reusable analytic workflows.

- Knowledge of Pharma & Life Science commercial functions and data literacy.
