Assistant Manager - Sewing Machine Mechanism

Role & responsibilities

1. Maintaining and repairing equipment in the production unit and warehouse
2. Monitoring and managing the work schedules of the mechanic team
3. Training the new joined employees about proper maintenance techniques and safety protocols
4. Coordinating with mechanic and technician team to ensure smooth operations, as well as troubleshooting any electrical issues.
5. Verifying and maintaining all machines for optimal performance.
6. Collaborating with other departments, including production planning and quality control, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality products.
7. Monitoring Sewing machine performance metrics and make adjustment to increase efficiency.
8. Addressing Sewing mechanical issues or breakdowns promptly.
9. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures for all Sewing machineries.
10. Keep updating the records of all maintenance activities, machine repairs, and spare parts inventory
