Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information, interactions, and sales history.
• Segment customers based on their preferences, interests, and buying behavior.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that resonates with current and potential clients.
• Implement customer retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Generate reports on CRM activities, client feedback, and sales performance.
• Provide actionable insights to senior management based on CRM data analysis.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in CRM or customer service, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or any industry-specific CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, reporting, and clear telephone etiquette.
• Strong ability to address client issues, find effective solutions, and maintain professionalism over the phone.
• Exceptional data management skills, with the ability to organize and maintain accurate client records and details.

Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and comprehensive tracking of important details .
