Sourcing and Procurement:Lead the sourcing and procurement of goods and services.

Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

Contract Negotiation:Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Cost Management:Monitor and control procurement costs.

Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
