Key Responsibilities:
- MEP&FP Design Leadership: Lead and oversee the design of MEP&FP systems for Data Centers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Industry Engagement: Act as a recognized expert in the India Data Center community, representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and panel discussions.
- Client & Partner Network: Leverage existing relationships with Data Center clients and partners to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand the Data Center business, focusing on client acquisition, project proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of Data Center projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. An Electrical or Mechanical engineering background is preferred.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Understand and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for Data Center projects, ensuring financial performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Develop and deliver presentations to clients, internal stakeholders, and at industry events, demonstrating strong communication and technical acumen.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the Data Center sector in India to ensure the company remains competitive.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions for Data Centers.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Data Center Design (e.g., CDCP, DCP).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical or related engineering field.
- Proven experience in MEP&FP design and project management for Data Centers in India.
