Position: Senior Business Lead / Marketing Head (Clinical Specialty)
Location: Noida Sector-62


Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Lead/Marketing Head for the specified clinical specialty, you will be responsible for driving business strategy, sales growth, product marketing, and brand development. The role demands a deep understanding of the clinical landscape, market trends, and customer needs, with a focus on delivering business results and establishing the company as a leader in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership & Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive business and marketing strategies for the assigned specialty (Radiology, Ophthalmology, IVF, Dermatology, Pathology, or Cardiology).
    • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and measurable goals for the specialty and lead the business team to achieve them.
    • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to drive long-term business success.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, product development, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to effectively execute campaigns and achieve business objectives.

  • Market Analysis & Customer Insights:
    • Lead market research initiatives to gain deep insights into customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
    • Analyze sales and marketing performance data to refine strategies, improve ROI, and enhance customer engagement.

  • Brand Development & Communications:
    • Champion the development and execution of brand-building activities, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all touch points.
    • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, digital content, and educational resources, ensuring alignment with clinical standards and business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
    • Represent the company at conferences, medical meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:


  • Education:
    • Masters degree MBA

  • Experience:
    • 5-10+ years of experience in senior business leadership or marketing roles within the healthcare, with specific expertise in one or more of the following specialties: Radiology, Ophthalmology, IVF, Dermatology, Pathology, or Cardiology.
    • Deep understanding of the clinical environment, market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory landscape within the healthcare sector.
