Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement operations from purchase planning to final delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
  
• Plan and execute raw material procurement strategies to meet project requirements while controlling costs.
  
• Oversee vendor selection process, including evaluating bids, assessing supplier performance, and identifying potential risks.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the purchasing process.
• Proven working experience in a construction company
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Purchase Management or related field (Real Estate/Construction).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline.
  
• Strong understanding of Cost Control principles; ability to manage budgets effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with vendors.
