Salary: ₹2 lacs - ₹6 lacs PA
Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibility:

• Provide high-quality customer support by addressing and resolving product or service problems promptly.
• Assist customers with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of RFID, AIDC, and barcode products.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support database.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved and their experience is satisfactory.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive support solutions.
• Conduct customer training sessions to enhance their understanding and usage of the products.
• Proactively identify potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, enhancements, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the RFID, AIDC, or barcode industry.
• Knowledge of Automation & Conveyor is must.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or any graduation.
