Junior Accountant
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Daily Accounting Operations:

• Record day-to-day sales, purchases, and expense transactions in Tally ERP/SAP.
• Maintain cash book, ledger entries, and petty cash records.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable.

2. Taxation & Compliance Support:

• Assist in TDS/GST, and Excise Duty filings under senior guidance.
• Help maintain Excise Registers, L-1/L-13/L1F license records, and stock reports.
• Generate E-Way Bills and other tax-related documents.

3. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Assist in monitoring stock movement, reconciliation, and stock audits.
• Ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing liquor consignments.

4. Financial & MIS Reporting:

• Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Support senior accountants in data entry, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, and taxation reports.

5. Vendor & Bank Coordination:

• Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and tax consultants.
• Support bank transactions and document preparation for audits and compliance.

• Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in accounting/finance.
• Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP/SAP, MS Excel, and GST portal.
• Experience: 1-3 years (Preferably from Liquor/FMCG/Retail sector)
• Analytical Skills: Good at data entry, record-keeping, and reconciliations.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of GST, excise laws, and compliance is a plus.
